## Acceptance points

- 5 factual points: default path `ledger/data/transactions.csv`; priority `--data-file` > `LEDGER_DATA_FILE` > `--config` JSON's `data_file` > default; relative paths in JSON resolve against the config file's directory; malformed/missing config or data files raise errors; `storage.load_transactions` reads the CSV in the end. CLI errors exit with status 2.
